Power Off the Galaxy Buds or Gear IconX

If your phone cannot connect to your Galaxy Bud series earbuds (like the Galaxy Buds2 Pro) or Gear IconX earbuds, getting them to connect again will only take a couple of steps. Performing a restart on the earbuds, resetting the Bluetooth connection, or updating the Galaxy Wearable app will normally fix the issue.

With no cords or wires to untangle, the Galaxy Buds and Gear IconX earbuds are meant to be worn on the go. However, if the earbud(s) is lost while connected to your phone, you can use the Find My Earbuds feature in the Galaxy Wearable app to locate them.

Unfortunately, lost devices, including the Galaxy Buds and Gear IconX earbuds, are not covered under warranty. However, if you're unable to locate your earbud(s), you can replace them.

The Gear IconX can store up to approximately 1,000 songs with its 4GB of built-in storage. You can delete music from the earbuds using the Galaxy Wearable app or the Gear IconX Manager.

With the Galaxy Buds2 Pro and the rest of the Buds lineup, you can stream music from your device to the earbuds. On the other hand, the Gear IconX lets you listen to music saved right on the earbuds themselves.
