Locate your Galaxy Buds or Gear IconX earbuds

Unfortunately, lost devices, including the Galaxy Buds and Gear IconX earbuds, are not covered under warranty. However, if you're unable to locate your earbud(s), you can replace them.

You can view your Gear IconX's availability and customize its options using the Galaxy Wearable app. If you don't already, make sure the app is downloaded on your phone. Keep reading to learn more.

With the Galaxy Buds2 Pro and the rest of the Buds lineup, you can stream music from your device to the earbuds. On the other hand, the Gear IconX lets you listen to music saved right on the earbuds themselves. However, to control music playback using the earbud's touchpad, the earbuds must be connected to a device that is compatible with the Galax

When you want save the battery life of the Galaxy Buds or Gear IconX earbuds, or if you want to give them a break, you can simply store them in the charging case. Depending on the earbud, you may be able to power it off. 

If you have you lost or misplaced one of your Samsung earbuds, like the Galaxy Buds2, or one of your Gear IconX earbuds, you can still enjoy your music until you find the missing earbud. Just use your single earbud with the phone that both earbuds were previously paired to.
