Can I join New Galaxy Club and participate in the trade-in program when I purchase Galaxy S25?No. Eligibility to New Galaxy Club requires selecting NO on trade-in selection.

What do my monthly New Galaxy Club payments cover?Your monthly New Galaxy Club fee will cover one year of Samsung Care+ without Theft and Loss, and your upgrade benefit:
• A credit equal to 50% of your Galaxy S25 Series device MSRP that you could use towards your next phone purchase if you either pay in full or have paid off the balance for your Galaxy.
• A credit equal to the remaining balance of your installments at time of your upgrade, if you chose Samsung Financing for your Galaxy S25 Series device purchase.
• You'll need to continue making your monthly New Galaxy Club payments until your upgrade to be eligible for an upgrade benefit. -
How much will I pay when I upgrade to a new phone?You will pay the current price of the new phone that you select, minus your upgrade benefit (value depends on the payment option that you used for your Galaxy S25 Series device purchase), minus any eligible promotions and discounts that are applicable at the time of your upgrade.
You will have to turn-in your Galaxy S25 Series device when you upgrade. -
Can I turn in any phone when I upgrade?No. In order to be eligible for an upgrade benefit you will have to turn in the Galaxy S25 Series device you purchased when you signed up for New Galaxy Club. When you upgrade, we will ask you to enter your Galaxy S25 Series device IMEI to confirm that you are turning in an eligible device.

Do I need Samsung account in order to subscribe for the New Galaxy Club?A Samsung account is not required to sign up for the New Galaxy Club with Pay in Full or Pay in 4 Installments. It is required if you want to use Samsung Financing.4
Signing up with a Samsung account will give you the benefit of tracking your New Galaxy Club subscription on your account page, and being able to cancel it without contacting Samsung Customer Service. -
When will I be charged my monthly New Galaxy Club fee?Your first monthly fee will be charged after your device is shipped and its IMEI is registered in our systems. Corresponding fees will be charged every month after that.

When will my New Galaxy Club subscription end?Your subscription will end when you upgrade to a new phone and turn in your Galaxy S25 Series device, or if you cancel your New Galaxy Club subscription (on the My Account page or via Samsung Customer Service)

What happens if I don't want to upgrade after 12 months? Can I keep using my existing device?You don’t have to upgrade at 12 months or after, but you will continue to be charged the full monthly New Galaxy Club fee until you upgrade or cancel your subscription.
In addition, you will be charged monthly for Samsung Care+ starting from month 13 unless you cancel your Samsung Care+ or New Galaxy Club subscription. -
Are there any restrictions on upgrading multiple times during the same 12-month period?You can only upgrade after 12 months from your Galaxy S25 Series device purchase. You may only do one upgrade per device.

Can I cancel or get a refund for my Galaxy Club subscription?You can cancel your New Galaxy Club subscription anytime on My Account page or via Samsung Customer Service.
If you cancel, you will not be charged monthly anymore, but you will lose your Samsung Care+ subscription and your upgrade benefit.
No refunds of the past monthly fees will be made in case of cancellation, but you will get a refund of your initial monthly fee in case you return your device within 14 days from your purchase date.

When and how can I upgrade my phone to a new one?You will be eligible for an upgrade benefit 12 months after your initial Galaxy S25 Series device purchase. You will receive an email from Samsung with a reminder on your upgrade and details when your eligibility draws near. The process will be similar to purchasing a new phone on samsung.com and trading in your old device.

Can I subscribe to the New Galaxy Club in stores other than Samsung.com and will I be able to upgrade in other stores?No. The New Galaxy Club is currently available exclusively on samsung.com. You will be able to complete your upgrade only on samsung.com.

How do I claim my Samsung Care+ benefits that are included in my New Galaxy Club subscription?After you subscribe to the New Galaxy Club and your device is registered in our system, you will receive an email with confirmation of your subscription, description of your benefits and the link to the Samsung Care+ website. On that website you can find all the details about your Samsung care+, how to file a claim and other necessary info. You can also view it here
1New Galaxy Club Program Terms and Conditions
Only available for purchase of new Galaxy S25 model, excluding Verizon locked models and any carrier financed purchases (“Original Purchase Device”). Standard trade-in values may not be applied to purchase of new Galaxy S25 with New Galaxy Club Program.
If you choose the New Galaxy Club program option (“Program”) you will be charged $6.20 per month for Galaxy S25 or $8.33 for Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra (“Monthly Payment”) until you upgrade (and trade-in) your Original Purchase Device for a new phone or cancel the Program.
You must make at least twelve (12) Monthly Payments to qualify for a Program upgrade. Program upgrade depends on purchase method of Original Purchase Device, as follows:
(1) If purchased with Samsung Financing (terms apply, see Additional Offer Notes below), trade in Original Purchase Device after 12 months (terms apply, see Additional Offer Notes) and remaining Monthly Payments on Original Purchase Device will be paid by Samsung;
(2) If purchased with one-time payment or Pay in 4 Installments (terms apply, see Additional Offer Notes), trade in Original Purchase Device after 12 months (terms apply, see Additional Offer Notes) and get a trade-in credit worth 50% of the price of your Original Purchase Device.
