¹New Galaxy Club Program Terms and Conditions

Only available for purchase of new Galaxy S25 model, excluding any carrier financed purchases (“Original Purchase Device”). 

If you choose the New Galaxy Club program option (“Program”) you will be charged $6.20 per month for Galaxy S25 or $8.33 for Galaxy S25+ and Galaxy S25 Ultra (“Monthly Payment”) until you upgrade (and trade-in) your Original Purchase Device for a new phone or cancel the Program.

You must make at least twelve (12) Monthly Payments to qualify for a Program upgrade. Program upgrade depends on purchase method of Original Purchase Device, as follows:

(1)    If purchased with Samsung Financing (terms apply, see Additional Offer Notes below), trade in Original Purchase Device after 12 months (terms apply, see Additional Offer Notes) and remaining Monthly Payments on Original Purchase Device will be paid by Samsung;

(2)    If purchased with one-time payment or Pay in 4 Installments (terms apply, see Additional Offer Notes), trade in Original Purchase Device after 12 months (terms apply, see Additional Offer Notes) and get a trade-in credit worth 50% of the price of your Original Purchase Device. 

Program fee includes one year of Samsung Care+ (without Theft and Loss coverage); beginning in 13^th month, unless cancelled, you will be charged full Samsung Care+ fee at the then-current price. Samsung Care+ terms and conditions apply, see Additional Offer Notes.

You can cancel the Program at any time. If you cancel within 24 hours of the transaction, the first Monthly Payment will be refunded. No refunds are available after 24 hours from the transaction.

Starting from March 14, 2025, while supplies last, if you purchase a Galaxy S25 Series phone on samsung.com or through the Shop Samsung app and are enrolled in the New Galaxy Club, your storage will be automatically upgraded to the next higher storage level. If you choose the highest storage version, an equivalent discount (the price difference between the highest storage level and the next lower storage level) will be applied to your Galaxy S25 purchase automatically at checkout. If you canel or return your Galaxy S25 purchase then your New Galaxy Club enrollment will be cancelled. Portion of storage/memory occupied by existing content. Please note that the discount is non-transferable and limited to one per qualifying purchase.
