How does Price Promise work?
If you buy a selected product from samsung.com/uk but then find the exact same product for sale cheaper online, on one of the websites of our selected retailers within 7 days of purchasing, you can claim back the price difference.
How many times can I make a Price Promise claim?
Claims are limited to:
- 1 per promotional product per year per person
- 4 per promotional product per year per household
What is Samsung Rewards?
Samsung Rewards is our loyalty program. Earn points whenever you make a purchase on Samsung.com (not including Samsung Business Shop, Student Shop or Employee Purchase Portals). You can then spend your accumulated points on Samsung.com. Simply sign in to your Samsung Account and register for Samsung Rewards to start earning points today. What does my insurance cover me for?
All policies provide accidental damage coverage. If your device is accidentally damaged, we'll either repair or replace it. Accidental damage refers to where the device fails to function correctly or safely as the result of an incident that has happened by accident. For example, it is dropped, something is dropped on it or liquid spilled onto it. Where you have taken the option for additional theft coverage, your device will be replaced in the event it has been stolen. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions for further detail.
