How can I cancel my subscription?You can manage your subscriptions by viewing your order in My Account. If you checked out as a Guest, you can manage your subscription through your original order confirmation email, or by entering your original order number via Order Tracking

Why has the subscription price changed?The Subscribe & Save discount is taken off the sale price of the product at the time of renewal.

Will I be reminded of my subscription before it renews?Payment will be taken for the initial term and subsequent terms thereafter and you expressly authorise and permit Samsung to automatically renew your purchased license or subscription for successive renewal terms each equal in length to the initial term specified above, at the purchase price for your initial term (plus taxes and fees, less any applicable discounts) using the payment information you provided for your initial purchase, until you cancel. We may change the renewal price as of the next renewal date if we provide you with reasonable prior notice of the change by email (you can elect to cancel automatic renewal as described below if you do not agree to the change). You may cancel your auto-renewal plan at any time by logging into My Account, selecting your product, and selecting the option to disable automatic renewal, or by cancelling via Order Tracking using the original order number.
