If you have forgotten your Password:

1. Click on the person icon in top right

2. Choose Sign in/Sign-Up

3. Select 'Forgot password?‘ after filling out the email field and selecting ‘Next’

4. Enter your account ID (email) and select the 'Reset password' button

5. Enter the phone number associated with your Samsung Account then select ‘Continue'

6. Choose how you would like to verify your account and select ‘Continue'

7. You will receive a password reset link via your chosen reset method

8. Click the link shared with you and then follow the on-screen instructions to change your password
