Timing is everything

The longer you nap the more likely you are to feel groggy afterwards. So shut your eyes for 20 - 30 minutes at a time and you will stay sharper and more alert. Also keep in mind that napping between 1pm and 3pm fits in best with your body’s natural rhythm. That way a little shut-eye will never interfere with your night-time sleep.
