Is there a fee for making an online payment?

Samsung does not charge any fee for online payment for COD, Credit/Debit card, Bank Transfer and Mobile Wallets. Any fee that your card issuer or bank may charge will depend on the respective issuer/bank.

Incase of Alfa Installments, customer will be charged the processing fee of Bank Alfalah as per the tenure plan selected.
