Step 1: Purchase one or more participating Samsung High Wall or Ducted Systems from a Samsung partnered installer during the ‘Promotional Period’ 20th January 2025 - 14th April 2025.

Step 2: Take a photo of the receipt you received with your new Samsung High Wall/s and/or Ducted System/s.

Step 3: Take a photo of the serial number of your new Samsung High Wall/s and/or Ducted System/s receipt, serial number and the installed High Wall/s and/or Ducted System/s within thirty (30) days of installation. The new High Wall/s and/or Ducted System/s must be installed before the 30th September 2025. No claims will be accepted after the 30th September 2025.

Step 4: Email [email protected] with the following details, along with the photos of High Wall/s and/or Ducted System/s receipt, serial number and installed High Wall/s and/or Ducted System/s within thirty (30) days of installation. The new High Wall/s and/or Ducted System/s must be installed before 30th September 2025. No claims will be accepted after 30th September 2025.

Step 5: Check your email for a confirmation of your claim. Claimants should allow up to 30 days from the date the claim documentation is received by the Promoter, for delivery of the Bonus Prize. A bank account is required when claiming cashback. All claims must be registered by 30th September 2025. Samsung will not be held responsible for, and shall have no obligation to fulfil late claims.
