How to register product warranty online on Samsung Members App?

To register your Samsung Products, you can now access it conveniently on your Samsung Members App on your Samsung Device. You are able to register your products through QR code, a product with WIFI capability or barcode with imei or Serial number
To register product via QR code

Tap on Samsung Members App

Navigate to Get help > + Add icon > Scan QR Code

Scan the Barcode or QR Code on the sticker, located on the back of the product or packaging

Please note both Model number and Serial number shown are for illustration purposes only

Upon scanning the information, there would be a prompt for the Product type and the product is registered

To register a product with WIFI capability

Tap on Samsung Members App

Navigate to Get help > + Add icon > Scan for WIFI

Upon Scanning for Wi-Fi, tap on specific product you are registering your Warranty for

Select the type of Product the warranty registration is for

To register the product via IMEI or Serial number

Tap on Samsung Members app

Select Product Type > Tap on Enter Manually > Key in IMEI / MEID #

Select the type of Product you are registering the warranty for
