Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300) based on Android OS 4.3 can take pictures by adding background sounds about 9 seconds with Sound & Shot Camera feature. You can keep taking pictures upto the previous or later 9 seconds of recorded sound, it will be saved with each picture.
