How to use Live Effect feature in Galaxy devices

The Galaxy AI feature offers advanced capabilities for analyzing and suggesting edits to enhance your photos and videos. These suggestions are accessible through the Gallery app's photo details section. ‘Live Effect’ feature provides the experience of viewing 2D images in 3D.

Note:-

  • Screens and Images simulated.
  • Sequences shortened and simulated. Available feature and settings may vary by software version and phone model.
  • An AI watermark from Samsung's Galaxy series will appear on any AI-generated images.

1. Launch the Gallery app on your device.

2. Choose the photo you want to enhance using the Live Effect feature.

3. Swipe up or tap more options icon (⁝)

4. Tap on Details to access detailed information about the selected image.

5. Select Live Effect from the available options.
Note: Live Effects won't show if the camera doesn't capture the image correctly.

A message indicating 'Adding live effect' will appear while processing. A message indicating 'Adding live effect' will appear while processing.

7. Once applied, choose either Save copy to keep the edited version or Share to send it via preferred method.
