  • What is “Samsung Assured Buyback for Galaxy S25 Plan”?

    Samsung Assured Buyback program powered by OneAssist Consumer Solutions Private Limited (“OneAssist”), which provides Guaranteed Buy Back value of 60% in 12 Months & 40% in 24 Months. The ABB Plan also comes with an additional feature of Accidental & Liquid Damage (ADLD) cover which protects the device from any kind of physical or liquid damage due to an accident or an external force (ABB and ADLD are collectively referred to as “the Plan”). This program offers Guaranteed Buy Back Value even if the device is damaged or broken.

  • Samsung Assured Buyback for Flagship covers range of Samsung S25 Family of Smartphones only. (Galaxy S25, S25 +, S25 Ultra).
    Other devices may be added in the future.
  • There are two pack options

  • While purchasing your new eligible Galaxy device, you may select to purchase Samsung Assured Buyback Plan. Samsung Assured Buyback plan must be purchased along with your new device to ensure a guaranteed future value of the same.
  • Plan will get automatically activated post-delivery of your device. In case of any concern, please reach to Samsung Support. You will receive email from partner regarding the plan activation once calculated
  • At the time of ABB redemption, Customer needs to Upgrade/exchange to a New Samsung Smartphone. Incase customer is not upgrading, for cash payment, then assured value will be as per below:

  • ADLD will be applicable to be claimed for 1 to 2 year basis plan only 1 time during the duration of plan.

    • Number of claims in the plan for ADLD: Single claim program
    • FREE Doorstep pickup & drop for repairs in ADLD claim: YES
    • Repair Network: OEM Authorized Service centers only
    • Processing FEES (only for ADLD service request): Nil
    • Damage Intimation TAT for ADLD: Within 48 hours from the incidence
  • You need to upgrade to a new Samsung device to avail the maximum benefit of the program.

    There are following options to redeem the plan:

    Option 1: Upgrade to new device via Samsung.com/Samsung Shop APP to get 60% Buyback in 12 months or 40% Buyback in 24 Months

    1. Select New purchase device on Samsung.com
    2. Click on Exchange ->Yes
    3. Select old device and enter IMEI
    4. Select Assured Buy Back Option
    5. Make Full Payment
    6. New Device gets delivered to the customer’s address
    7. OneAssist will connect with the customer to complete the redemption process on the old device once delivery is complete
    8. Post Successful completion of OneAssist redemption process, Partner will pick up the old device and pay full assured value.
    9. The screen condition and accessories declared by you will be verified at the time of exchange. In case of any mismatch, the exchange transaction will be cancelled/rejected.
       • Incase of discrepancy, incase ADLD pack is already consumed, the device will be eligible for deductions as above
       • Exchange device can be requoted/or main order will be cancelled if the mandatory checks fail on the Oneassist App or if the used phone is not in working condition or is damaged with Onetime    ADLD redeemed.

    OR

    Option 2: Redeem on Oneassist APP to get 45% Buyback in 12 months or 21% Buyback in 24 Months via Bank Transfer

    • Please follow redemption journey on OneAssist app to complete the redemption steps.
    • Post Login, visit the membership section & complete the pickup request
    • ABB will be applicable only post successful registration request on Oneassist APP
    • Pickup will be scheduled and you will receive the settlement directly by OneAssist. Buyback Value will be as per above grid Option 2.
  • For Option 1: Via Samsung.com*
    Old device will be pickup post-delivery of new device. Payment will be made directly by the partner at the time of pickup

    Option 2: Via Oneassist APP Pickup will be scheduled on Oneassist APP and you will receive the settlement directly by OneAssist. Buyback Value will be as per above grid Option 2.
  • You may request a repair for your Device up to 12 or 24 months (as per the plan selected) after the date of purchase. Please follow service request journey on OneAssist app to complete the steps. Pickup and repair will be will be scheduled and you will receive the details directly by OneAssist.

    Post claim registration -
    • OneAssist representative would visit customer’s address for the device pickup
    • Post pickup, the device is taken to the authorized Service Centre for repair
    • Once the repair is completed the device is handed over to the customer
    • Customer can track every stage movement via OneAssist App and contact OneAssist for any query
  • Under Assured Buyback

    • Any kind of Un-Authorized Modification on the device
    • Mismatch of IMEI / Serial Number at the time of redemption from the original registered IMEI / Serial number

    Under ADLD

    • Damage due to Gross Negligence, Gross fault, Gross Mishandling on customers’ part, e.g. – Customer using the Smartphone while riding a bike or Self Destruction and other instances mentioned below n detailed terms and conditions
    • Misrepresentation of facts by the customer
    • Any kind of Un-Authorized Modification on the device
    • Customer below 18 Years at the time of Purchase of OneAssist Plan
  • The Plan is non-transferable. The transfer of ownership of the Device to another party will render the Plan & its benefits be null and void.
  • No, plan once purchase cannot be cancelled.
  • If you bought the device under an equipment instalment plan or other financing plan you will be responsible for any and all remaining payments under such plan or contract, including any contract termination fees.
