Samsung Galaxy Watch does not vibrate
If the watch does not vibrate when it's supposed to, make sure watch only mode is turned off, and check the vibrate option for Bluetooth disconnection alerts and notifications. However, if the problem continues, inspect the watch for physical damages.
STEP 1. Adjust the vibration settings on your Samsung smart watch
Note: If your watch is not making sounds or vibrating, you may have turned off the sound settings by accident.
From the watch's Home screen, swipe upwards, and then navigate to and open Settings. You can also swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick settings panel, and then tap the Settings icon.
Swipe to and tap Sounds and vibration, and then tap Sound mode. Make sure it's set to Sound, and then tap the switch next to Vibrate with sound.
STEP 2. Turn off Watch only mode on your Samsung smart watch
Note: Available features, menu options, and settings may vary by the watch and software version.
To turn off Watch only mode, press and hold the Power key for 3 seconds. The watch's logo screen will appear. Watch only mode will turn off, and all other functions can now be used.
