Occasionally, you might notice your Galaxy Ring feels warm. This is generally normal during active use, such as during exercise tracking or when it's processing data from its sensors.

Understanding normal warmth

When your Galaxy Ring is monitoring heart rate, skin temperature, or physical activity, it utilizes battery power, which can lead to mild warmth.

The only time you may find the Galaxy Ring significantly warmer than usual is when you take it out of its case after charging it. Despite this warmth, the temperature remains within safe limits for skin contact. For optimal comfort, consider waiting 1 or 2 minutes to let the Galaxy Ring adjust to room temperature before wearing it.

Safe practices

If the Galaxy Ring becomes uncomfortably warm, remove it and let it cool down naturally. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures to cool it down, as sudden changes can affect its functions.

Ensure that your Galaxy Ring is kept in a well-ventilated space when not in use. Storing it in a hot or enclosed area can contribute to heat retention.
