During the Offer Period, purchase and keep any Eligible Samsung Induction Range or Eligible Samsung Induction Cooktop to qualify to receive a 5-Piece Induction Cookware Set. 

To receive your cookware with purchase, you must complete your request form online within 60 days from the date of delivery of your Eligible Samsung Induction Range or Induction Cooktop.

Proof of purchase is required. Any purchases completed on or after January 1, 2025, will not be eligible for the bonus Induction Cookware Set. Authorized Canadian retailers may vary. While supplies last. No rainchecks. Offer is open to Canadian residents only. Limit one (1) gift per customer per Eligible Induction Range or Induction Cooktop purchased. Offer has no cash value. Offer subject to change or cancellation by Samsung at any time. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of your Bonus Induction Cookware Set following approval of your claim.

To receive your Bonus Induction Cookware Set, a Samsung Account is required.  If you don’t already have an existing Samsung Account, setting up a Samsung Account is free. To set up your Samsung Account, go to http://www.samsung.com/ca/samsungaccount/.

Following completion of your Samsung Account set-up process, please register your eligible Samsung Induction Range or Induction Cooktop by following the process set out below:

How to Claim the Bonus Induction Cookware Set:

1.        Purchase your Eligible Induction Range or Induction Cooktop from Samsung.com/ca or a participating authorized Canadian retailer.

2.        Log-in to or create your Samsung Account. Ensure your address is entered in full and your contact details are up-to-date under My Account. Please make sure to follow this URL Specifically. There is no cost to create a Samsung Account.

3.        Register your Product at (My Samsung Account | Samsung Canada) under My Products, by including all required information such as a serial number.

4.        Within 24 hours you should see your offer appear in the ‘My Offers Tab’ of the above-mentioned link.

5.        Claim offer and submit the form with your Proof of Purchase. Attach a copy of the invoice in your online submission in one PDF or JPEG file. You will get a confirmation email that your form has been submitted.

6.        You will get a second confirmation if your claim has been approved.

a.        Please allow 6-8 weeks for the product to arrive after you receive the email approval confirmation.

Note: As part of completing the product registration process for your Eligible Samsung Induction Range or Induction Cooktop, you will be required to SCAN your ORIGINAL invoice and upload it with your submission. Samsung reserves the right to ask for an ORIGINAL invoice and additional documentation in the event of any discrepancy or dispute and for identification purposes prior to fulfilling the redemption.

Samsung must receive all submissions no later than March 7, 2025 for purchases completed in 2024.  

If you return your eligible Samsung Induction Range or Induction Cooktop mentioned above to the participating retailer, you will no longer be entitled to the bonus cookware.

Samsung takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, or delayed claims. Incomplete or illegible request forms may delay fulfillment of your request. All submissions require you to provide your product serial numbers.

*Haul away services do not include uninstalling any existing appliances no matter the location within your home. Haul away services are limited to transportation of your current appliance from your home to a facility designed for appliance disposals. Disconnecting, uninstalling, or any other steps necessary to free up the appliance for transportation are your responsibility and should be completed prior to your scheduled delivery time.
