Terms and Conditions for Samsung Home Appliances review incentive program
Some conditions apply. Offer is valid from Oct 1, 2024 to March 30, 2025 (the “Offer Period”), up to a maximum of $10,000. Offer available exclusively online at Samsung.com/ca. Offer available to customers who have received an email invitation from Samsung to leave a review of their Home Appliance products. (“Eligible Customers”).
Eligible Customers who leave a review of their registered Home Appliance product(s) with their registered email address, will receive a second email containing a voucher code (“Voucher Code”) redeemable for a $30 credit (“Credit”) that can be applied towards your next Home Appliances* purchase on Samsung.com/ca (Samsung.com/ca_fr) or at a Samsung Experience Store in Canada. Voucher can only be applied towards purchase of Samsung Home Appliances products.
*Eligible Home Appliance products include: Samsung Refrigerators, Ranges, Dishwashers, Over-the-range Microwaves, Counter-top Microwaves, Washers, Dryers, Air Dressers, Vacuums, Wall Ovens, Cooktops, Hood Fans and all of their respective accessories.
Minimum purchase of $150 required. Please note: Voucher Code expires at 11:59 p.m. July 31, 2025
To redeem your E-Voucher online:
· Go to www.samsung.com/ca and Samsung.com/ca_fr
· Add your desired Samsung Home Appliance product(s) to your shopping cart. Cart value must meet or exceed $150 before taxes and fees.
· Enter your individual E-Voucher code at checkout by entering the code into the ‘Promo Code’ box in your cart. The voucher will reflect the discount in the total pre-tax price of your purchase instantly.*
· Complete your purchase as normal by entering your shipping and payment information.**
To redeem your E-Voucher at a Samsung Experience Store:
· Visit your nearest Samsung Experience Store in Canada.
· Pick out your desired Samsung Home Appliance product(s). Cart value must meet or exceed $150 before taxes and fees.
· Head to the check-out in-store and inform the Samsung Team Member of your voucher. Be ready to present the email at time of checkout.
· The voucher will reflect in the total pre-tax price of your purchase. The Samsung Team Member will guide you through any further steps to complete your purchase. *
*Any amount in excess of the E-Voucher amount will be your responsibility as part of your total order cost and will be shown as part of your final order total. Any unused E-Voucher amount cannot be saved or carried over to redeem on any future transaction and will be deemed abandoned once you complete your transaction.
