Child Safety Lock (on mobile)
Keep your children safe – from anywhere at any time! Using the SmartThings App* on your smartphone you can remotely turn the cooktop’s Child Safety Lock on and off with a quick swipe. Or GPS-based automation can automatically lock or unlock the cooktop whenever you leave or return to your home.

Keep your children safe with a fingertip! The Child Safety Lock prevents children from activating the cooking surface. The control panel can be completely locked with one touch of a button. It makes it impossible to turn the hob on accidentally or intentionally, so little hands won’t get burnt.
Cook fast, save time
Boost mode
Cook much faster with maximum power to save much more time*. When you activate the Boost function it delivers a short extra burst of heat to reduce cooking times even more. It provides 1.6x the power of the highest standard power level, so you can prepare food faster and boil water in a flash.
