Note: If at any point you need assistance with configuring settings on your router, contact your internet service provider or the manufacturer of the router.

Unplug all your network-related device (such as a router, modem, etc.) and the TV for at least a minute. Then power back all your devices and try connecting your TV to the internet again.
Switch on your mobile device's hotspot (if available) and then and check if the TV sees it. This may not work if you have an older TV model and 5G hotspot.
Note: Ensure you have also tried connecting your TV to your 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi network as some TV models may not support the 5Ghz Wi-Fi network.
Head to Settings > General (& Privacy) > Network > Network Status to check the status of your internet connection. If an error message appears, it'll indicate the best way to resolve the connection.
