Air Conditioner Installation
Delivery with Air Conditioner Installation
Installation will not be completed on the same day as delivery. Our Authorised Service Partner will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the installation.
Delivery will be completed by Samsung's delivery partner, ANC or DHL. While every effort will be made to meet your requested delivery date, please note that unforeseen delays may occur.
You will receive an SMS message at least 3 days before your requested delivery date, confirming whether your request can be fulfilled or offering alternate options for a new delivery date if it cannot be met.
Additionally, an SMS will be sent the afternoon before your delivery, confirming a 3-hour delivery window. You will receive tracking information through your "My Orders" page once your delivery is on the way.
What is included
• Back to back installation of the Indoor and Outdoor units.
• Piping up to 3 metres in length.
• Decommission, removal and disposal of existing Split System.
Important Note:
• Additional charges may apply following an inspection of the location where the unit will be installed (to be paid directly to the Samsung Authorised Service Partner).
• Additional charges may also apply for additional refrigerant. For an estimate regarding potential additional charges, please refer to the “Extra Costs Table” in the terms and conditions below.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the sizing of the unit is correct.
• Communications regarding the installation will be between the customer and Samsung’s Authorised Service Partner.
• Installation is locked to product purchase and installation cancellation and refund requires the product to be returned to Samsung.

Television Installation
1) Delivery with Basic Installation
Delivery will be completed by Samsung's delivery partner, ANC. While every effort will be made to meet your requested delivery date, please note that unforeseen delays may occur.
You will receive an SMS message at least 3 days before your requested delivery date, confirming whether your request can be fulfilled or offering alternate options for a new delivery date if it cannot be met.
Additionally, an SMS will be sent the afternoon before your delivery, confirming a 3-hour delivery window. You will receive tracking information through your "My Orders" page once your delivery is on the way.
What is included
• Unboxing, assembly & placement of appliance on to a television unit.
• Connecting the new product to existing outlets & existing devices.
• Initial set up & connecting to a Wi-Fi network where needed.
• Removal of the new product’s packaging.
• Removal of an old appliance on request (like for like only).
What is not included
• Any new electrical work.
• Complex home theatre setups or running cables through a roof or walls.
• Any required brackets, wall mounts, cables or relevant accessories for * install. Please ensure you purchase these with or prior to your new TV delivery.
• Concealing of cables. Any cabling related to the installation will be installed externally.
• Creating new spigot holes in cabinetry to connect the new appliance.
• Lifting or carrying your product by hand up staircases or over fixed objects.
Please ensure:
• Outlets are accessible & within reach of the new appliance.
• You allow enough time to complete the install as this will occur during the allotted delivery time.
Important Note:
• If you opt to have us remove an old appliance you are required to fully uninstall it, this includes; disconnecting the old appliance from all connections, removing it from mountings, and wiping of all data.
• Your old appliance will be recycled, is non-returnable and has zero value.
2) Delivery with Wall Mount Installation
Delivery will be completed by Samsung's delivery partner, ANC. While every effort will be made to meet your requested delivery date, please note that unforeseen delays may occur.
You will receive an SMS message at least 3 days before your requested delivery date, confirming whether your request can be fulfilled or offering alternate options for a new delivery date if it cannot be met.
Additionally, an SMS will be sent the afternoon before your delivery, confirming a 3-hour delivery window. You will receive tracking information through your "My Orders" page once your delivery is on the way.
What is included
• Unboxing of your new TV.
• Wall mounting to standard walls (excluding concrete, pillars and poles).
• Connecting the new product to existing outlets & existing devices.
• Initial set up & connecting to a Wi-Fi network where needed.
• Removal of the new product’s packaging.
• Removal of an old appliance on request (like for like only).
What is not included
• Any new electrical work.
• Complex home theatre setups or running cables through a roof or walls.
• Any required brackets, wall mounts, cables or relevant accessories for install. Please ensure you purchase these with or prior to your new TV delivery.
