What is a top mount fridge?
This model is the most traditional configuration in Samsung’s range of fridges, however, has been designed to look equally clean for contemporary space. The top mount configuration is the opposite of the bottom mount fridge design, and features the freezer on top of the fridge compartment. Top mount fridges are generally preferred for smaller homes or those with limited kitchen space, given their compact design and layout.

Given the configuration of stacking the freezer above the fresh food compartment, these refrigerators are far more compact compared to a more sizable french door or side by side fridge.
