*Trade-Up:

By proceeding with your purchase and by participating in the Samsung Trade-up (“Program”), you accept the following:

(a)    The trade in discount “Trade-Up Discount” you receive is an incentive to recycle an old eligible product (“Recycled Product”) and to purchase a new Samsung appliance, monitor, speaker or television as applicable (“Eligible Product”) in the one transaction. The trade-up discount  is not considered a trade-up value for the Recycled Product.

(b)    Recycled Products have zero value. If you return the Eligible Product you purchased for a refund (for any reason) you will not receive any amount or value for:

i.       the participating Recycled Product; or

ii.       the Trade-Up Discount amount.

(c)     You agree that by participating in this Program you will fully uninstall, dismount (including disconnecting and draining of water, or wiping all data) as applicable your recycled product and ensure it is ready for collection at the same time that we deliver your Eligible Product.

(d)    We reserve the right to refuse the delivery of your Eligible Product if you fail to comply with these Program T&C’s. A surcharge equal to the amount of the Trade-Up Discount you received at the time of purchasing your Eligible Product will apply if you do not have your Recycled product ready at the time of delivering your Eligible Product.

You may only recycle up to three products in the same transaction and you will receive only one Trade-Up Discount for each Eligible Product purchased.

**Trade-in:

* By trading in your eligible device, you agree to the Samsung Online customer terms and conditions or the Samsung Retail terms and conditions for the program (as applicable) and to use your trade-in value to purchase an eligible new Samsung product at the same time as trading in your device. Please ensure you save and then delete all files and data from your trade-in device before you trade them it in. For trade-ins at Samsung Stores: if you wish to use the full trade-in value amount, you must do so in the same transaction, otherwise any excess credit will be forfeited. For trade-in at Samsung Online: the total trade-in value cannot exceed the purchase price of your new product, the purchase price needs to be at least $1 (after any other discounts have been applied) and a temporary hold fee equivalent to the estimated trade-in value of your device will be held against your valid credit/debit card until we receive and complete our final assessment of your eligible device (after which the hold fee will be released and may take 14 days or more to become available for use). Trade-in values (including excess credits for trade-ins at Samsung Stores), are not exchangeable, redeemable for cash or able to be used in subsequent transactions. You must pay any outstanding amounts for the purchase of accessories and/or other products not covered by the trade-in value value and/or any other discounts that may be applied.
