Is there a limit to the number of service requests I can submit?Yes, the number of service requests available will vary for each type of request.
For example,
● TV Removal and Remount: 1 for the duration of the Samsung Care+ service pack period
● Free clean for dryer, washer, and refrigerator: 1 for the duration of the Samsung Care+ service pack period
● Free replacements on select parts:
o TV: 2 remote controls
o Refrigerator: 2 water filters & 1 shelf
o Washer/Dryer/Combo: 1 inlet – outlet hose

When does coverage begin?Samsung Care+ service coverage begins from the date of delivery of your product.
