Cómo controlar un televisor inteligente Samsung 2024 con el control remoto móvil de la aplicación SmartThings

Con la función de control remoto móvil de la aplicación SmartThings, podés controlar y navegar por tu televisor Samsung con tu teléfono. Podrás encender el televisor, buscar canales, abrir aplicaciones y reproducir tus programas favoritos con facilidad. El control remoto móvil también se podé personalizar para incluir tus opciones preferidas.

Notas:

  • Asegúrate de que la aplicación SmartThings esté actualizada a la última versión. Para verificarlo, abrí la aplicación SmartThings, luego tocá el ícono Menú (las tres líneas horizontales) y luego tocá el ícono Configuración. Tocá Acerca de SmartThings en la parte inferior de la pantalla.
  • Las funciones y la interfaz de usuario del control remoto móvil compatibles podén variar según la versión de la aplicación SmartThings, el modelo del control remoto o el modelo del televisor.

Antes de poder usar la aplicación SmartThings como control remoto móvil para tu televisor Samsung, deberás registrar el televisor en la aplicación SmartThings. Asegúrate de que tu teléfono y tu televisor estén conectados a la misma red Wi-Fi para continuar.

1 Navegá hasta la aplicación SmartThings en tu teléfono y abrila, luego pulsá la pestaña Dispositivos.

2 Tocá el ícono Agregar dispositivo (el signo más) y luego tocá Agregar en “Dispositivos Samsung”.

3 Deslizá el dedo hacia TV y tocalo.

4 Permití que la aplicación busqué tu televisor y luego seleccioná tu nombre cuando aparezcá.

5 Aparecerá un PIN en la pantalla del televisor. Introducílo en la aplicación SmartThings y a continuación, tocá Listo.

6 Seleccioná Aceptar en el televisor.

7 Si lo deseás, ajustá la información del televisor en la aplicación SmartThings y luego tocá Listo.

Una vez que tu televisor Samsung se haya agregado a la aplicación SmartThings, podés comenzar a usar el control remoto móvil.

Podés acceder al control remoto móvil abriendo la aplicación SmartThings o seleccionando el control remoto móvil en el panel de notificaciones de tu teléfono. Deslizá el dedo hacia abajo desde la parte superior de la pantalla para abrir el panel de notificaciones y luego seleccioná el ícono del control remoto móvil en la notificación del televisor para comenzar a usarlo.

Nota: También podés acceder a esta opción en teléfonos iOS. Desde la pantalla de bloqueo, deslizá el dedo hacia abajo desde la esquina superior izquierda (en el iPhone 13 Pro Max y modelos iOS anteriores, deslizá el dedo hacia abajo desde la parte superior central de la pantalla). Pulsá Permitir en la notificación de permiso y a continuación, pulsá el control remoto móvil para comenzar a usarlo.

1 Para usar el control remoto móvil desde la aplicación SmartThings, navegá hasta la aplicación SmartThings en tu teléfono y abríla, luego tocá la pestaña Dispositivos.

3 Tocá el ícono de Control remoto móvil en la esquina inferior derecha.

4 Tocá el ícono Encendido para encender el televisor y luego deslizá hacia arriba en la pantalla del control remoto móvil para expandir las opciones.

Nota: Para apagar el televisor, tocá el ícono de Encendido en la esquina superior izquierda.

5 El botón VOL te permití aumentar y disminuir el volumen, así como silenciar el sonido del televisor.

6 El botón CH te permití explorar canales y abrir la Guía.

7 Deslizá el dedo hacia la izquierda sobre los botones VOL y CH para ver aplicaciones, programas y entradas. Seleccioná la opción que deseés para abrirla en el televisor.

8 Tocá el ícono del cuadrado en la esquina izquierda para mostrar los botones direccionales. Podés tocar Izquierda, Derecha, Arriba y Abajo para navegar por la pantalla del televisor. Tocá el ícono del cuadrado nuevamente para ocultar los botones direccionales.

9 Cuando los botones direccionales están ocultos, podés navegar por la pantalla usando tu dedo y el panel táctil. Deslizá el dedo en cualquier dirección sobre el panel táctil para navegar por el televisor. Podés tocar una vez para seleccionar algo y tocar dos veces para volver a la pantalla anterior.

10 Tocá el ícono 123 en la esquina derecha para mostrar el teclado de números y colores.

11 Tocá la flecha Atrás en la esquina inferior izquierda para retroceder una pantalla en el televisor.

12 Tocá el ícono Inicio en el centro para regresar a la pantalla de inicio del televisor.

13 Tocá el ícono Micrófono en la esquina inferior derecha para acceder al micrófono del televisor y comenzar a usar comandos de voz con Bixby.

Nota: Seguí las instrucciones en tu televisor para configurar Bixby si es necesario. Es posible que esta función no sea compatible según la región o el modelo.

1 Navegá hasta la aplicación SmartThings en tu teléfono y abríla, luego pulsá la pestaña Dispositivos.

4 Tocá el ícono Encendido para encender el televisor y luego deslizá hacia arriba en la pantalla del control remoto móvil para expandir las opciones.

Nota: Para apagar el televisor, tocá el ícono de Encendido en la esquina superior izquierda.

5 Tocá el ícono Más opciones (los tres puntos verticales) y luego tocá Editar.

Nota: También podés tocar y mantener presionada la pantalla para comenzar a editar las opciones.

6 Tocá el icono rojo con el signo menos para eliminar una opción del control remoto móvil. Podés deslizar el dedo hacia la izquierda o hacia la derecha en la parte superior de la pantalla para ver las opciones disponibles, como programas y aplicaciones.

7 Tocá una opción en la parte inferior de la pantalla para agregarla al control remoto móvil. Por ejemplo, podés elegir opciones en “Fuentes y aplicaciones” o “Control de medios”.

8 Cuando hayas terminado, pulsá Atrás.

Nota: En los teléfonos iOS, podés simplemente tocar fuera de la pantalla de edición.

9 Para personalizar aún más el control remoto móvil, tocá el ícono Más opciones (los tres puntos verticales) y luego tocá Opciones del control remoto.

10 Tocá Oscuro para usar el modo Oscuro, o tocá Claro para usar el modo Claro.

11 Tocá el interruptor junto a “Efecto de vibración remota” para habilitar o deshabilitar los efectos de vibración al usar el control remoto móvil.

La pestaña Menú te permití configurar rápidamente diferentes opciones y configuraciones.

1 Navegá hasta la aplicación SmartThings en tu teléfono y abríla, luego pulsá la pestaña Dispositivos.
