What do do when the TV screen does not display properly

Step 1. Check the antenna and input cable connections.

Step 2. If the issue persists, define exactly what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines, or white dots. Try changing the channel using the remote control. Or, press the Menu button on the remote control, select Source, and choose another input source.

Step 3. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. These steps may help resolve the problem.

3 Choose Support and then Device Care

4 Select Self Diagnosis

5 Choose Picture Test. An information screen will appear stating you are about to perform a Picture Test. Select OK to proceed

6 A test picture will now appear. If the issue is intermittent or does not always show in the picture test, it is worth booking a technician to service the TV as it may still be a hardware fault

3 Select Picture and then Expert Settings

4 Choose Reset Picture. This will restore all picture settings to the factory default
