If you notice that the Always On Display (AOD) screen does not work when your device is in power-saving mode, here's why.
How to Keep AOD Active
To continue using the AOD screen even while in sleeping or deep sleeping mode, you need to disable the ‘Turn off Always On Display’ option.
Steps to Disable the AOD Option

- Open Settings.
- Navigate to Battery or Device Care > Battery.
- Select Power Saving.
- Turn off the ‘Turn off Always On Display’ option.
