How to Troubleshoot Freezing or Critical Issues on Galaxy Tab S10
If you're unable to adjust the volume on an external device connected to your TV, follow these steps to check the connections and settings for proper volume control.
Restarting the device
If your device freezes or hangs, you may need to close any open apps and restart the device. Power off the device completely and then turn it back on to see if this resolves the issue.
Forcing restart
If your device is completely frozen and unresponsive, perform a forced restart. Press and hold the Side button and the Volume Down button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds until the device restarts automatically.
Resetting the device
Please ensure you have backed up all important data before performing a factory reset, as this process will erase all data from your device.
- To do this, go to Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset > Reset > Delete all.
