How to use your Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum

For immaculately clean floors and carpets, the Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum is your go-to solution. Lightweight yet powerful, this vacuum features a multi-layered filtration system that captures dust, dirt, fine particles, and allergens. It comes with a variety of attachments and accessories, two removable, rechargeable batteries, and an all-in-one clean station for mess-free dustbin emptying.

Excited to start using your new vacuum? First, let’s put it together and charge it up.

1 Assemble the Vacuum: Begin by inserting the adjustable pipe into the vacuum’s handle. Adjust the length by pressing the pipe length adjustment button.
2 Attach the Jet Dual Brush: Connect this to the bottom of the pipe for optimal cleaning.

3 Set Up the Accessory Cradle: Place it conveniently and plug it into a power outlet. Start charging a battery.
4 Prepare the Clean Station: Run the power cord along the bottom groove to keep the station stable, then plug it in. The status indicator will light up blue briefly (for roughly 5 seconds).

5 Power On: Once charged, reinsert the battery, and turn on the vacuum by pressing the Power button on the control panel.

6 Select Language: Select from up to 28 languages using the ⊕ or ⊖ buttons, then confirm by holding the ⊕ button for 3 seconds.

Your Bespoke Jet Vacuum features four cleaning modes: MIN, MID, MAX, and JET, each offering different levels of suction power to suit various cleaning needs.

Note: The WET mode is activated only with the wet brush attached and cannot be selected manually. In this mode, the ⊕ button will spray water for a maximum of 2 seconds, and no other buttons function.

The vacuum defaults to MID mode on startup, or WET if the Wet Brush is connected. Use the ⊕ and ⊖ buttons to switch between modes as needed.

  • Jet Dual Brush: Ideal for all types of flooring, this main roller attachment cleans everything from carpets to tiles. For maintenance, simply press the circular button on the side to remove the roller.
  • Adjustable Pipe: Extend or shorten this pipe to easily reach all corners of your home.
  • Pet Tool: Designed to pick up pet hair and fine debris from floors and upholstery.
  • Combination Tool: Use this tool to dust off curtains and furniture.
  • Extension Crevice Tool: Reach into narrow spaces like window frames and behind large furniture.
  • Flexible Tool: Extend your reach to clean hard-to-access areas such as ceiling fans and high shelves. This tool can also be attached to the Combination Tool and Extension Crevice Tool for added versatility.
  • Accessory Cradle: Store and charge your accessories conveniently. Ensure it is placed near a power outlet for easy access.

Note: Additional accessories like the Slim Action Brush, Wet Brush, Wet Pads, Dry Pads, and Accessory Cradle Holder are also available to further customize your cleaning experience.

Ensure your Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum is always ready by following these charging steps:

1 Turn Off the Vacuum: Press the Power button on the control panel to shut it down.
2 Eject the Battery: Use the Battery release button at the bottom of the vacuum’s handle to remove the battery.

3 Insert the Battery into the Cradle: Place the battery in the charging slot on the Accessory Cradle and press firmly to ensure it's properly connected.
4 Charging Time: Allow about 3.5 hours for the battery to fully charge, which provides up to 2 hours of cleaning time. Your vacuum includes two batteries, enabling you to swap them as needed for continuous cleaning.
5 Reinsert the Battery: Once charged, remove the battery from the cradle and slot it back into the vacuum’s handle.

Note:

  •  Battery status check: Unsure of the battery level? Check the battery indicator on the vacuum’s handle. It will display "Low battery" when it needs to be charged, and the indicator will turn red. Orange or yellow indicates a medium charge, and green signifies a full battery.
  •  The vacuum cannot be used while the battery is charging.

1 Insert the Vacuum: Place the vacuum into the station, ensuring the bottom of the dustbin aligns with the top of the station. Listen for a click to confirm it's correctly positioned.

2 Start the Emptying Process: Press the START/STOP button on the station to open the bottom cover of the dustbin and release its contents into the dust bag.
3 Complete the Emptying: Once the dustbin is empty, press the START/STOP button again to close the dustbin cover. Ensure the dustbin and filter are clean before reusing the vacuum.
4 Monitor the Dust Bag: The status indicator on the station turns red when the dust bag needs to be changed. Open the side cover of the station and release the latch on the dust bag to remove it.
5 Replace the Dust Bag: Use the pull tab to take out the old dust bag.

6 Install a New Dust Bag: Dispose of the old bag, attach a new one to the pull tab, and insert it back into the station.
