* The maximum number of devices that can be connected to SmartThings is 300 per location. 1. Some features of Home Insight are currently available only in Korea and the USA.
2. Home insight’s presence-based suggestion feature is based on AI model’s collected data from devices and sensors to determine whether you are present of absent. This function may provide incorrect result and may vary depending on model, devices, and versions.
3. Works on Samsung Galaxy smartphones when the home screen or the SmartThings App is running, and on other Android/iOS smartphones when the SmartThings App is running.
4. Available on Android and iOS devices. A Wi-Fi connection and a Samsung account are required.

For 2022 or earlier models, a separate accessory called a SmartThings Dongle is required to connect Thread and Zigbee devices. Most models after 2023 have a built-in SmartThings Dongle, so a separate accessory is not required. Please check the detailed information about each product.
12. Certified for connectivity and compatibility by Samsung's 'Works with SmartThings' program.

14. Matter is an open connectivity standard for smart home and IoT (Internet of Things) devices, which is designed to improve interoperability and compatibility between devices from hundreds of device manufacturers, including Amazon, Apple, Google and Samsung Electronics.

HCA: the Home Connectivity Alliance is a global alliance that creates common standards for smart appliance brands, making it easier to connect them to SmartThings and create a smart home ecosystem. Its members include 15 global home appliance companies, such as Samsung Electronics, GE Appliances, Haier, Electrolux, and LG Electronics.
